Unyis was conceived on a day when the stars themselves fell out of alignment. Nuvine wept with joy over her birth—but her tears were bitter. Wherever Unyis wandered, calamity followed. Unlike her sisters, she had no finesse—only raw chaos, misplaced accidents, and catastrophes without intent.
Unyis envied Burgona’s stillness. Where Burgona was a storm in hiding, Unyis was thunder without warning. She struck her sister with savage force, never thinking twice. She was the most direct of the sisters and the only one who truly believed Burgona had to die, not for power or cruelty—but because her goodness was a mirror Unyis could not bear.
Unyis is prayed to not for favor, but to be spared. Superstitions around her are vast: her name is not spoken near children, and offerings of broken things are left at crossroads to ward her off. However, some cults embrace her fully—those who revel in disaster, gamble with fate, or burn their lives to the ground to start anew.
Clerics of Unyis sow misfortune with delight. They shift fate subtly—rig dice games, cause wheels to break at just the wrong time, and twist oaths until kingdoms fall. Their rituals involve broken mirrors, black birds, and whispering prophecies in dead tongues.
